Your own booking page
With your logo, your colours and your services, even if you do not have a website. The client sees available times and books on phone, tablet or computer. The booking page is included in the price.
Share the link on your website, on social media, in your email signature or directly with clients.
On your website
A short code snippet puts the booking on your own site, so the client books without leaving it. It works with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and others. Show booking, events, webshop or gift cards, directly on the page or in a window that opens from a button.

After logging in, the client sees their bookings and can change or cancel them. Receipts and what you share with the client are in the same place.
The client app
The client app for iOS and Android is on the way. Until then, the booking page and the client portal run in the phone's browser.

The same model for everyone: 1 employee comes to 159 DKK, a clinic with 5 comes to 795 DKK, and a chain with 3 locations and 12 employees comes to 1,908 DKK a month.
The fee applies to payments in DKK by card or MobilePay, online or at the till. Stripe's own card fees are settled separately.
Eight trades, one system
The treatment room
First consultation, follow-up and classes with the right times and prices. Measurements, progress and next steps are in the patient's journal.
The therapy room
Session types with duration, breaks and price, so the client books correctly the first time. The phone does not interrupt the session, and the journal can be written the same day.
The massage couch
Sports massage, pregnancy massage and corporate treatments, each with its own time and price. Notes on tension and preferences are kept on the client, and gift cards are sold at the till and online.
The salon chair
The client chooses stylist, time and treatment. The booking goes straight to the till, where shampoo or a gift card is added to the same sale. The products can also be sold in the webshop.
The nail desk
Manicure, gel, infills and nail art in one service catalogue with times and prices. Each technician has their own calendar, and the rota shows who is at the desk.
The grooming table
Services follow breed, size and time needed. Notes on coat and preferences are kept on the owner's client card, and confirmation and reminder go to the owner.
The reception
Reception sees the overview of the day, practitioners see their own clients and calendar, and management sees figures and capacity. Several locations, roles and reports in one setup.

Journals are encrypted with keys that are separate for each business. Each business's data is kept apart, and access is controlled with roles and an audit log. It is all described in documents you can read before you create an account.
