An event has a title, time, price, capacity and description. It is connected to confirmations, reminders and client history, so the class does not live in a spreadsheet on the side.

Classes over several days
Classes, workshops and courses can run over several days. You plan dates, class size, seats and rooms.

Sign-up and payment
The participant signs up and pays in the same flow. Confirmations and reminders are tied to the sign-up.

Ticket types and seating plans
Put several ticket types on the same event. With a seating plan, each participant gets their own fixed seat.

Waiting list
When the class is full, the next people can join a waiting list instead of missing out.

QR check-in and attendance
Scan the tickets' QR code at the entrance. The participant list shows who has arrived, and attendance can be pulled as a report.

On your own website
Show your events on your website with FlowDule's widget. It can also open one specific event directly.
