The fee on payments.

If you take payments by card or MobilePay through FlowDule, online or at the till, you pay a small fee per payment. The fee applies only to payments in DKK.

Rate
0.25-0.75% per payment.
Minimum
0.50 DKK per payment.
Cap
By default max. 10 DKK per payment.
When
The rate is set once a month.
What raises it
The rate rises when usage of SMS and AI is high compared with the previous month's payments.
Low turnover
Less than 5,000 DKK in payments in a month gives 0.25% the following month.
Agreed rate
If you have agreed a rate, it applies instead of the standard rate.
Stripe
Stripe's own card fees are settled separately, directly with Stripe.

If your question is not here, write to us.

  • No. There is no commitment period. If you cancel the subscription, the cancellation takes effect from the end of the payment period you are in, and prepaid amounts are not refunded. Questions about cancellation go to legal@flowdule.com, and the rules are in the Terms of Service.

  • No. There is no setup fee, and the first 30 days are free. You do not need a credit card to start.

  • Yes. Basic support in Danish is included in the price. Write to support@flowdule.com, or create a ticket in the app. We aim to send a first reply within 24 hours.

  • No. All nine modules are included in the price per employee. There are no packages or add-ons.

  • No, there is no import from Excel or CSV. Clients are created by you, or when they book online themselves.

  • Yes. FlowDule runs in the browser on computer, tablet and phone. Apps for iOS and Android are on the way.

  • Yes, and the price is still per employee. 12 employees across 3 locations cost 1,908 DKK a month, excl. VAT.

  • You can buy extra or switch on "Pay for what you use". The prices are shown in the platform before you buy.

  • Yes. Sensitive journal fields are encrypted with AES-256 and keys that are separate for each business, and data is encrypted both at rest and in transit. Each business's data is kept apart from others', access is controlled with roles, the journal has an audit log and version history, and two-factor login can be switched on. The details are in the Trust Center and the security description, and the data processing agreement comes with the Terms of Service.
