Core brings together appointments, clients and journal. Sales brings together what clients pay for. Operations brings together shifts, hours, messages and video.

Booking & calendar
Clients book online themselves around the clock and get confirmation straight away. Reminders go out by SMS, email or both. A waiting list for taken times, and rooms and equipment are in the same calendar.

The client card brings together contact details, bookings, purchases, notes and history. In the client portal the client sees their bookings, receipts and what you share. Policies and consent are stored with versions.

Journal
Write or dictate from fixed templates. AI can make a draft that you read and correct before it is saved. Measurements and reports are kept with the client, and access is controlled per role.

Payments & POS
Card and MobilePay online and at the till, also on a card terminal. The till deducts from stock and has an end-of-day close. Companies can be gathered on one invoice with a CVR or EAN number, and sales can be exported as CSV in Dinero format.

Webshop & gift cards
Sell products and gift cards online, with discount codes. At the till a gift card can be added to the same sale as a treatment, and each gift card has its own balance and status.

Events & tickets
Classes, workshops and courses over several days, with tickets, seating plans and fixed seats. Sign-up and payment happen in the same flow. Waiting list, participant list and check-in on the day.

Staff & hours
Rota and shift swaps. Hours are created from shifts and bookings, approved and can be used as the basis for payroll preparation. The overview shows turnover, bookings and capacity per location and employee.

Messages
Encrypted messages to colleagues and clients, in the same system as the calendar and the client card.

Video
Video consultations are booked like any other service. The meeting link comes with the reminder, and each participant gets their own link. The client joins without logging in, and meetings are not recorded.

The modules work together. In the same system, a booking leads on to the reminder, payment, client card, journal and follow-up.

What your clients see.
The booking page, the booking on your website and the client portal are connected to your calendar and your modules.
Your own booking page
With your logo, your colours and your services, even if you do not have a website. The client sees available times and books on phone, tablet or computer. The booking page is included in the price.
Share the link on your website, on social media, in your email signature or directly with clients.
On your website
A short code snippet puts the modules on your own site, so the client stays there. Show booking, events, webshop or gift cards, directly on the page or in a window that opens from a button. It works with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and Webflow.

After logging in, the client sees their bookings and can change or cancel them. Receipts and what you share with the client are in the same place.
The client app
The client app for iOS and Android is on the way. Until then, the booking page and the client portal run in the phone's browser.
